About Us

The Center for Supported Decision-Making is part of the Regional Resource Center at Sargent Center in Warwick Rhode Island. The Regional Resource Center is the only private Center of its kind in Rhode Island, dedicated as a model for excellence in education, professional training, public policy, technical assistance and family support services. Sargent Center is a non profit comprehensive neuro-rehabilitation, behavioral health and education day school for children and young adults with disabilities.
